This position will work closely with the regional and international partners, the KHCC Qualitative Center Director, the Department of Pediatrics at KHCC, as well as other investigators, administrators, and/or regulatory bodies.

• Recruit and Train Colleagues on qualitative research methodologies
• Develop and Strengthen Research Initiatives
• Day-to-Day Research and Data Management
• Monitoring research progress and maintain activity records
•  Prepare progress reports, meeting agendas, and minutesSchedule and organize training workshops and sessions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Prepare budget plans and support grant writing.
• Attending regular meetings with the St. Jude Global Culture and Communication Team.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed by the direct supervisor. 
• This job may require working variable shift hours as determined by the department's needs

Education & Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required in Public Health, Social Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in qualitative paediatric oncology research or project coordination for bachelor’s degree holders

• Zero experience for master degree holder
• Experience with qualitative and/or mixed-methods research
• Knowledge of research ethics and regulations. Strong communication , organizational, and project management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and qualitative data analysis tools
• Proficiency in Arabic/English
