About the job
Managing the Royal Jordanian wireless In-flight entertainment and Wi-Fi connectivity service guaranteeing maximum system availability and passenger satisfaction
Duties & Responsibilities:
Make sure entertainment content is loaded onto planes with Wi-Fi entertainment systems on time, using checklists.
Check Wi-Fi availability before flights and record any issues in logs.
Update the entertainment portal to improve the experience for passengers, including how it looks, the navigation, branding, types of content, and variety.
Manage inventory, maintenance, and logistics for iPads and accessories used for in-flight entertainment.
Analyze data on entertainment and Wi-Fi usage to adjust content and connectivity offerings.
Develop ways to promote onboard entertainment and Wi-Fi usage through announcements, visuals, and other means.
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the availability of entertainment portals, Wi-Fi, power outlets, and other features.
Collaborate with colleagues to manage content and provide technical support for entertainment systems.
Maintain communication with entertainment vendors to ensure smooth updates and data transfers.
Organize training for cabin crew and staff who work with in-flight entertainment systems.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Excellent command of English Communication and Negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills; ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel.
· Analytical and organizing skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in BIT or any related field
